Admiral's selection of envelopes and related products ranks among the largest, with exciting products arriving daily from Asia, Europe and points the world over. Where are the prices?
Due to the speed at which our inventory is changing, we have not found it possible to list consistent pricing online. Select a product from our online collections, or describe the exact product you need. Submit your requests using the Get A Quote tab, and we'll return prices on the best-matching, available products by email.

How long will it take to get prices?
We do our best to respond the same business day. Occassionally, it may take longer to return a price if your product is a less frequently manufactured item, has recently sold out, or if the quantity you are requesting is large enough to require its acquisition from multiple warehouses. If your request is for a particularly large quantity or is time-sensitive due to a deadline, please submit your quote request, and then, give us a follow-up call at (888) 810-6944 so that we can discuss how we can meet your special needs.

Can I see samples of the product?
Check the 'Mail me a sample!' box next to the item you are requesting on the Get A Quote form, and provide shipping information while submitting your request, and we'll send samples to you. We ship sample kits by USPS mail. If you need your sample in a rush, provide your UPS® or FedEx® account number, and we will send your sample kit overnight (at your expense). We can not provide samples without a completed quote request.

For how long is the quoted price valid?
We guarantee our price quotes for 30 days! A quotation not accepted within 30 days may be changed at Admiral Envelope's discretion to reflect current market pricing. All prices not covered by Admiral Envelope's 30-Day Price Quote Guarantee are subject to change without notice. Admiral Envelope reserves the right to refuse to honor any quoted price that is typographically erroneous, including incorrect trailing zeros and misplaced decimal points. While Admiral Envelope makes every attempt to price competitively, we do not make any guarantee to match or beat any competitor's price, either prior or subsequent to sale.

I've received my quote. How do I place an order?
When you have received your quote, and are ready to place your order, please use our secure online order form. Have your quotation handy when placing your order. If you wish to place an order, and would prefer to pay by check, call us at (888) 810-6944 to make arrangements.

How long will it take to receive my order?
While most orders ship within 24 hours, your order may take up to a few days to ship, based on inventory status. In cases where it will take more than a few days to send out your products, your price quote will have likely indicated an extended turnaround time. Please assume this to be accurate. Selecting an expedited shipping method only affects the length of shipping time from the date on which your order leaves our warehouse, not from the date on which your order is placed.

When will I be billed? How much will shipping cost?
Quotation prices do not include shipping costs, which are assessed once your order is placed. Our shipping prices are based on standard United Parcel Service (UPS) pricing, based on the level of service you select when placing your order, plus a processing and handling charge of approximately three ($3) dollars. Your credit card will be charged when your order is ready for shipment. Custom orders (as defined in the Classifying Your Order section of our Terms & Conditions of Sale) are debited as soon as they are placed. We will send a receipt for your order by email when your card has been processed. Your receipt will include applicable shipping charges. If you need to obtain shipping costs sooner, please send an email to fulfillment@admiralenvelope.com. Please include your order number in your email whenever it is available. We will respond as quickly as possible.

Why does my quote include an 'Incoming Shipping Fee'?
In some instances, your quote may indicate an Incoming Shipping Fee, in addition to the fee for shipping your product to you. This occurs when the quantity you are seeking is greater than the quantity we maintain in inventory at our main shipping location, requiring an additional shipment to properly fill your order.

Why should I have to wait for my price?
Customers often ask us why we use a price quoting process instead of offering set pricing. With nearly endless combinations of envelope styles, sizes, colors and materials available, we could never have every single combination on hand, but we always have a product that will perfectly match your needs. If we do not have the exact product you've requested, we find the best alternatives (often even better ones!), and provide pricing on these items. We look at every new request as an opportunity to offer the best possible product at the best possible price. Old-fashioned customer service, with web convenience!

Isn't this all very complicated?
Admiral Envelope has been manufacturing custom envelopes for over 50 years! These years are experience that simply cannot be matched. We are a company closely tied to the practice of building interpersonal relationships with our customers. As our industry changes, we are revising our practices to meet new industry demands and new customer needs.
