What if I am interested in more than one color?
Paper stock in some colors may be readily available, while another color in the same product line may not. For this reason, please submit each color as a separate item, even if the product is otherwise identical.

What should I enter in the
Product Line/Material/Description field?
If you know the name of the envelope line you want, for example, 'Stardream', enter only this. If you do not have the name of a line, but know the material, for example, 'cellophane' or 'woven paper', enter this. If you have neither of these, and want us to recommend products to you, enter a description, for instance, 'a clear envelope that meets postal service requirements', 'a contemporary wedding envelope set', 'a durable, reuseable interoffice mailer'. We'll do the rest!

What are the dimensions of the sizes listed?
A Size Chart is available for easy reference.

What if none of the listed sizes are right?
If you need an envelope in a size other than one of those listed, you may need a custom envelope manufactured. Custom products are generally more expensive than standard envelopes, and can take longer to deliver. However, the details of your custom specifications are needed to make this determination. If you cannot find a size that works for you, select 'Custom Size' and enter the dimensions of the envelope you need. Our Custom Manufacturing department will send your quote to you, or will contact you, if further specification is needed to provide an accurate quote.

Can I choose any closure I'd like?
Most of our products are available with a few different closures standard. Available closures can be found in each product's respective product chart. Some products can be custom manufactured with optional closures. If you choose a closure that is not standardly available for an item, your quote will indicate that you have chosen a custom manufactured product. Custom products are generally more expensive than standard envelopes, and can take longer to deliver. However, the details of your custom specifications are needed to make this determination. Our Custom Manufacturing department will send your quote to you, or will contact you, if further specification is needed to provide an accurate quote.

Why are three Quantity fields available for each item?
If you are not sure of exactly how many you'll need, you can request prices for up to three different quantities at a time. If you know how many you want, you can submit just one quantity.

Can I use the Quantity fields to figure price break points?
If your requested quantities are in the 'ballpark' of a price break point, we will indicate that point in the quote we send to you. Even price break points change regularly. Be realistic about the quantities you might need, and we'll make certain to provide the best quantity to price ratio possible.
