To initiate a return or exchange, contact Admiral Envelope's Fulfillment Department to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Admiral Envelope will send a Return Shipping Label to affix to the packaging. Items returned without an RMA number and an Admiral Envelope Return Shipping Label, or with an RMA issued over 30 days previous, will be refused, and a refund will not be issued.
